A step back in time through a portal to the future... groovy, psychedelic jams, with Isobel's vibrant flute work weaving fantastic textures. There's definitely humor in their approach with nods toward almost Austin Powers-esque grooving, and I mean that as a compliment. Elements of tropicalia serve to brighten the musical tapestry even more. Perfect music for a lazy, sunny afternoon people watching or copping some shade.

An album that I did not expect to find, but very glad I did. Excellent musicianship, the songwriting really invokes imagery. The 60s vibe is masterful but not derivative. gorgeous.

Oh how I long for this album in vinyl format! Such smoothness. Such warmth. Such execution. This music begs to be taken along and woven into memories.
